A yearly registration fee of $25 will be paid upon the beginning of the first lesson. All fees are paid by check, cash, money order, or bank draft.

A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 will be charged each year.
Payment is based on a monthly fee and is DUE IN ADVANCE ON OR BEFORE the 25th OF THE MONTH (Example: lessons for September will be due on or before August 25th) in order to avoid a late fee of $15.00/per month.
LATE FEES AND CHECK CHARGES
Monthly fees should be received on or before the 25th of the month to avoid a $15.00 late fee. There is a $25.00 charge for (NSF) non-sufficient fees for returned checks. It is suggested to set up a bank draft to arrive on or before the 25th of the month for the coming month's fees.
If a student misses lessons, the teacher should be notified as to the availability of make-up, in person or virtual zoom. If the teacher misses a lesson, that lesson will be made up.
WRITTEN TERMINATION OF LESSONS
If termination of lessons is required, a 30 day written notice, on or before the first of the month is required. EXAMPLE: Stopping lessons in March, notification should be given no later than February 1. This also applies to the summer months.
Diana Thomas Music Studio, LLC closes for Labor Day, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, Spring Break, Memorial Day, and Independence Day. There is NO closing for Teacher Work Days or Early Release Days. Lesson fees are based on four lessons per month. The five-lesson months are not paid for extra and help with the holiday closings.
SNOW OR INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

During inclement weather, Diana Thomas Music Studio, LLC will close according to Wake County Schools’ schedule. However, with the ability to have lessons via zoom, we can continue even in inclement weather.
